Lunch:  Turkey Wrap. Dinner:  WSHBNE RANCH DRESSING, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, eas shake. Snacks/Other:  Baked! Lay's Original, Snickers Bar (Fun Size), Rum, Budweiser Select 55 Premium Light Beer, Dry Roasted Peanuts, Diet Coke (Can).
