Lunch:  Advantage Morning Creamy Cinnamon Bun Bar. Dinner:  Grilled Tilapia (Gorton's), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), WSHBNE RANCH DRESSING, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke (Can), Rum, Budweiser Select 55 Premium Light Beer, Cool Whip Lite, Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, Cinnamon Raisin Granola.
