Lunch:  Advantage Morning Creamy Cinnamon Bun Bar. Dinner:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Grilled Tilapia (Gorton's), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), WSHBNE RANCH DRESSING. Snacks/Other:  Budweiser Select 55 Premium Light Beer, Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, Cinnamon Raisin Granola, Cool Whip Lite, Diet Coke (Can), Rum.
