Fat: 93.89g | Prot: 102.97g | Carb: 64.91g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Egg White, kraft colby cheeder cheese, mushrooms, Natural Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Spinach, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Broccoli Beef, Mixed Vegetables, peanuts planters. Dinner:  Baby Carrots, kens ranch dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey (browned with caramel color), Singles American Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other:  Rum.
