Fat: 93.89g | Prot: 102.97g | Carb: 64.91g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Natural Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Egg White, mushrooms, Spinach, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, kraft colby cheeder cheese. Lunch:  Broccoli Beef, Mixed Vegetables, peanuts planters. Dinner:  Singles American Cheese Slices, Mixed Salad Greens, kens ranch dressing, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey (browned with caramel color), Baby Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Rum.
