Fat: 66.87g | Prot: 148.05g | Carb: 323.77g.   Breakfast:  Australian Lamb Fat, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Fujisan California Roll Sushi, Lamb Leg (Sirloin Half, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade), Oyster Sauce, Scallions or Spring Onions, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Surimi (Fish), Wei-Chuan Fish Balls, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Lamb Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade), Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Surimi (Fish), Sushi, Wei-Chuan Fish Balls. Dinner:  Argo Tea Nonfat Bubble Tea (Medium), California Rolls, Subway 6" Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Water (Canned or Bottled).
