Fat: 98.22g | Prot: 60.67g | Carb: 204.78g.   Breakfast:  Oats, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Trim Low Oil Dressing, Tuna in Water (Canned), White Bread. Dinner:  Beef Sausage, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Greek Pasta Salad. Snacks/Other:  Bar One (21 g), Blue Label Marie Biscuit, Golden Delicious Apples, Light Cider, Light Cider, Merlot Wine, Peanuts and Raisins, Sour Cream and Onion.
