Fat: 109.20g | Prot: 110.49g | Carb: 312.90g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Bread, Natural Peanut Butter, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat). Lunch:  Thai Curry w/Chicken and Vegetables 3/10/13. Dinner:  avocado, Black bean soup with Chicken 3/17/13. Snacks/Other:  apple, cranberries, cucumber, Drew's Lemon Goddess, Hidden Valley Ranch, market pantry dill spear, Market Pantry Mixed Nuts, mission flour tortilla, Raisins, red bell pepper, spinach.
