Fat: 103.36g | Prot: 92.82g | Carb: 204.46g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Archer farm yogurt, Post Raisin Bran. Lunch:  avocado, cucumber, Greek Olive Dressing & Quick Marinade, market pantry ham, red leaf lettuce, tomato. Dinner:  Blackened Chicken Thighs with Broccoli and Rice 2/17/13. Snacks/Other:  apple, daisy cottage cheese, dole mandarin oranges, navel orange, planters roasted peanuts.
