Fat: 115.72g | Prot: 177.88g | Carb: 178.95g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Post Raisin Bran. Lunch:  cheddar, club cracker, french bread, meatballs in sauce, rotisserie chicken, summer sausage, white rice. Dinner:  dirty rice, Golden Roast Chicken Thigh, golden roast leg, Green Beans. Snacks/Other:  apple, planters men's health.
