Fat: 115.72g | Prot: 177.88g | Carb: 178.95g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Post Raisin Bran. Lunch:  meatballs in sauce, rotisserie chicken, white rice, french bread, club cracker, cheddar, summer sausage. Dinner:  golden roast leg, Golden Roast Chicken Thigh, Green Beans, dirty rice. Snacks/Other:  planters men's health, apple.
