Fat: 135.28g | Prot: 112.12g | Carb: 270.09g.   Breakfast:  Archer farm yogurt, natural peanut butter, Nature's own Bread, polaner all fruit. Lunch:  Homemade Turkey/Ham Sandwich, orange. Dinner:  avocado, market pantry salsa, Tacos with meat and beans 2/3/13. Snacks/Other:  Sprouts Farmers Market Deluxe trail mix (unsalted), almond milk, broccoli, carrots, diet coke, green tea, hidden valley ranch, post raisin bran.
