Fat: 114.28g | Prot: 100.72g | Carb: 323.44g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Archer farm yogurt, GOLEAN Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble. Lunch:  archer farms simply balanced fruit bar, avocado, Homemade Turkey/Ham Sandwich. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Spagetti alla Puttanesca. Snacks/Other:  apple, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Package), daisy cottage cheese, diet coke, green tea, half and half, market pantry peaches, sprouts wild west trail mix, water.
