Fat: 114.28g | Prot: 100.72g | Carb: 323.44g.   Breakfast:  Archer farm yogurt, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, GOLEAN Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble. Lunch:  avocado, archer farms simply balanced fruit bar, Homemade Turkey/Ham Sandwich. Dinner:  Spagetti alla Puttanesca, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Butter. Snacks/Other:  half and half, apple, water, diet coke, daisy cottage cheese, market pantry peaches, green tea, sprouts wild west trail mix, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Package).
