Fat: 48.90g | Prot: 158.58g | Carb: 31.16g.   Breakfast:  Tyson Ham, Creighton Brothers Large Eggs. Lunch:  Portobello Mushroom Pork Loin, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  SeaPak Salmon Burgers, Green Beans Blue Lake. Snacks/Other:  98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
