Back down to 195 even. Only 35g net carbs yesterday and I'm going to try and keep it under 50g a day for the next 8 days.

Fat: 69.00g | Prot: 173.00g | Carb: 52.50g.   Breakfast:  Tyson Ham, Creighton Brothers Large Eggs. Lunch:  Green Beans Blue Lake, Portobello Mushroom Pork Loin. Dinner:  Kroger Shredded Cheese, Santa Fe Whole Grain Tortillas, Tyson Ham. Snacks/Other:  98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
