Fat: 71.73g | Prot: 140.75g | Carb: 105.98g.   Breakfast:  Cumberland Gap Ham, Eggs Large, Medium Salsa, onion, Santa Fe Whole Grain tortilla, Yellow pepper. Lunch:  Beer - Sierra Nevada Torpedo. Dinner:  Kroger Shredded Cheese, Santa Fe Whole Grain Tortillas, Tyson Ham. Snacks/Other:  98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Sargento Cheese String.
