Fat: 67.17g | Prot: 126.08g | Carb: 99.15g.   Breakfast:  onion, Yellow pepper, Santa Fe Whole Grain tortilla, Cumberland Gap Ham, Medium Salsa, Eggs Large. Lunch:  Beer - Red Hoptober. Dinner:  Whole Grain Tortillas, Kroger Shredded Cheese, Tyson Ham.
