Fat: 60.48g | Prot: 156.11g | Carb: 94.55g.   Breakfast:  Cumberland Gap Ham, Eggs Large, Medium Salsa, onion, Santa Fe Whole Grain tortilla, Yellow pepper. Dinner:  orange bell pepper, Seasoned Wild Salmon Fillets. Snacks/Other:  98% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
