Weight stayed the same despite eating only 1100 calories and doing an 1000 calorie burning workout. Prob need to up the calories today.

Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 157.88g | Carb: 128.75g.   Breakfast:  Chi-ChiMedium salsa, Cumberland Gap Ham, Egg Beaters, Medium Salsa, onion, orange bell pepper, Santa Fe Whole Grain tortilla. Lunch:  Salsa, Medium, Thick & Chunky, Whole grain tortilla. Dinner:  Cumberland Gap Ham, Fancy Green Beans. Snacks/Other:  Planters Honey Roasted, Tyson Ham.
