Fat: 104.11g | Prot: 92.27g | Carb: 16.51g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Bacon, Egg, Red Hot Sauce. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Turkey Salami (Cooked), Roast Beef, Hard Boiled Eggs. Dinner:  Romaine Blend, Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Buffalo Ranch Dressing, Tomatoes, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other:  luciennes dark chocolate, Natural Colby & Monterey Jack Marbled Chunk Cheese, Goats Cheese (Soft), Celery, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.
