Lunch:  Columbus Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains Bread, Egg. Dinner:  Original Potato Chips, Turkey & Swiss Roller, Turkey Sausage Links. Snacks/Other:  Cucumber (with Peel), Egg White, Premier Protien premier protein shake - chocolate.
