Lunch:  Columbus Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains Bread, Egg. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Costco Turkey & Swiss Roller, Smokehouse Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Egg White, Premier Protien premier protein shake - chocolate.
