Lunch:  Columbus Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), dark red kidney beans, Light Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Premier Protien premier protein shake - chocolate, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
