Fat: 67.13g | Prot: 117.09g | Carb: 330.79g.   Breakfast:  Batavinho, Suco De Uva, Pears, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Pão Centeio Integral, Magic Toast. Lunch:  Balas De Algas Marinhas, Fruttare Abacaxi, Lettuce, Cucumber (Peeled), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Rice, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Feijão Carioca Cozido, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Gelatina, Apples. Dinner:  Cheeseburger Mcdonald's, McNuggets (4), McFritas (Média), Pão de Centeio Integral, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Lowfat Milk). Snacks/Other:  Soja + Suco de Uva, Pão de Queijo.
