Fat: 67.13g | Prot: 117.09g | Carb: 330.79g.   Breakfast:  Batavinho, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Magic Toast, Pão Centeio Integral, Pears, Suco De Uva. Lunch:  Apples, Balas De Algas Marinhas, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (Peeled), Feijão Carioca Cozido, Fruttare Abacaxi, Gelatina, Lettuce, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), White Rice. Dinner:  Cheeseburger Mcdonald's, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Lowfat Milk), McFritas (Média), McNuggets (4), Pão de Centeio Integral. Snacks/Other:  Pão de Queijo, Soja + Suco de Uva.
