Fat: 49.53g | Prot: 158.49g | Carb: 143.76g.   Breakfast:  hersheys cocoa, whey & soy protein kroger. Lunch:  chicken breast, corn, garbanzo beans, guacamole, jicama, lettuce, peas, pico. Dinner:  cooked spinach, Medium Cooked Shrimp, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  diet coke, mineral water zero, perfectly simple, sugar free popsicle, tea, thinkThin Protein Bars - Chocolate Fudge.
