Fat: 60.04g | Prot: 109.45g | Carb: 128.05g.   Breakfast:  All Bran Flakes, Dried Currants, Sugar, Milk (Nonfat), Margarine, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Light Mayonnaise, Olive Oil, Tuna in Water (Canned), Margarine, Multigrain Bread, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Stir Fried Vegetables, Basmati Rice (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Provita Multigrain, Boiled Egg, Cooked Egg White, Mixed Nuts, Oranges.
