Fat: 40.50g | Prot: 98.71g | Carb: 38.88g.   Breakfast:  castlewood reserve swiss cheese, Egg White Patties, jimmy dean turkey patty. Lunch:  100% whole wheat sandwich this, castlewood lowfat swiss cheese, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, spinach chicken burger, spring mix. Dinner:  feta chicken burgers, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other:  eas, Merlot Wine.
