Fat: 43.31g | Prot: 68.34g | Carb: 60.24g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, jimmy dean turkey patty, castlewood reduced fat swiss. Lunch:  oscar mayer smoked sausage, castlewood lowfat swiss cheese, 100% whole wheat sandwich this. Dinner:  Wing, Chicken Tenders. Snacks/Other:  Merlot Wine, Del Monte fruit natural- Extra Light Syrup, vodka.
