Lunch: 100% whole wheat sandwich this, castlewood lowfat swiss cheese, oscar mayer smoked sausage. Dinner: Chicken Tenders, Wing. Snacks/Other: Del Monte fruit natural- Extra Light Syrup, Merlot Wine, vodka.
