Fat: 43.31g | Prot: 68.34g | Carb: 60.24g.   Breakfast:  castlewood reduced fat swiss, Cooked Egg White, jimmy dean turkey patty. Lunch:  100% whole wheat sandwich this, castlewood lowfat swiss cheese, oscar mayer smoked sausage. Dinner:  Chicken Tenders, Wing. Snacks/Other:  Del Monte fruit natural- Extra Light Syrup, Merlot Wine, vodka.
