Fat: 35.50g | Prot: 100.10g | Carb: 47.69g.   Breakfast:  eas. Lunch:  green giant, oscar mayer smoked sausage. Dinner:  Chicken Nuggets (12 Count), Broccoli Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots). Snacks/Other:  light and fit greek strawberry, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, garlic spinach sausage, Merlot Wine.
