Fat: 35.50g | Prot: 100.10g | Carb: 47.69g.   Breakfast:  eas. Lunch:  green giant, oscar mayer smoked sausage. Dinner:  Broccoli Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots), Chicken Nuggets (12 Count). Snacks/Other:  garlic spinach sausage, light and fit greek strawberry, Merlot Wine, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese.
