Fat: 58.82g | Prot: 81.00g | Carb: 15.06g.   Breakfast:  blue breeze, castlewood low fat swiss chees, Cooked Egg White, jimmy dean turkey patty. Lunch:  cauliflower, cheddar cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  wingstop wings. Snacks/Other:  vodka.
