Fat: 59.94g | Prot: 93.32g | Carb: 21.65g.   Breakfast:  jimmy dean turkey patty, jumbo egg. Lunch:  Double Cheeseburger (No Bun). Dinner:  spinach, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, castlewood reduced fat swiss cheese, tomatoe, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  jimmy dean turkey patty, Merlot Wine.
