Fat: 31.32g | Prot: 81.10g | Carb: 45.19g.   Lunch:  starbucks skinny mocha, Turkey Bacon (Cooked), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, egg white. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Brie Cheese, green beans, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), stuffed crameat. Snacks/Other:  Merlot Wine, bloody mary.
