Fat: 46.51g | Prot: 102.76g | Carb: 199.67g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Bell Peppers, Brown Sugar Maple Latte Creamer, Fancy Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese, Light Blue Cheese Wedges, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  French Vanilla Protein Shake, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Chicken Enchiladas with Cheese Sauce & Rice, Organic Black Bean Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other:  Layered Granola Bar - Dark Chocolate Coconut, Light Blue Cheese Wedges, Multigrain Pita Chips.
