Fat: 78.93g | Prot: 70.63g | Carb: 20.03g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Red Onions, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Zucchini. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Newman's Own Caesar Dressing, Red Onions, Skinless Chicken Breast, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Zucchini. Dinner:  Cooked Green Cabbage, Sole (Fish), Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Vlasic Kosher Dill Wholes.
