Fat: 113.01g | Prot: 61.52g | Carb: 24.22g.   Breakfast:  Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Sweet Red Peppers, Red Onions, Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Zucchini, Spinach. Lunch:  Avocados, Red Onions, Jennie-O Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey, Zucchini, Sweet Red Peppers, Newman's Own Caesar Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Johnsonville Andouille Smoked Sausage, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
