Fat: 37.07g | Prot: 104.37g | Carb: 238.29g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, Lettuce, Low Sodium Muenster Cheese, Lower Sodium Turkey Breast, Sprite Zero (Can). Dinner:  Baby Corn, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin (Skin/Coating Not Eaten), Carrots, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Onions, Riesling Wine, Snowpeas (Pea Pod), Sweet and Sour Sauce, White Rice, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey.
