Fat: 37.07g | Prot: 104.37g | Carb: 238.29g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Coffee, Bananas, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Lettuce, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, Lower Sodium Turkey Breast, Sprite Zero (Can), Balsamic Vinaigrette. Dinner:  Riesling Wine, White Rice, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin (Skin/Coating Not Eaten), Sweet and Sour Sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Zucchini, Snowpeas (Pea Pod), Carrots, Baby Corn, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey.
