Dinner:  Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast, Baby Carrots, Mature Onions, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Salad Dressing, Croissant, Honey. Snacks/Other:  Omega-3 Fatty Acids Dietary Supplement, Funnel Cake, Key Lime Flavored Cookies, Organic Peanut Butter, 12 Grain Specialty Bread (Nature's Own), Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified).
