Fat: 53.70g | Prot: 41.31g | Carb: 123.93g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blueberries , Fiber One, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified) . Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup, olive oil crackers, Sour Cream. Dinner:  Bacon Bits, Creamy Italian Dressing, Fire Roasted Veggie Pizza, Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Lightly Salted Almonds, Pimento Cheese with Jalapenos, White Table Wine .
