Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Amantani Whole Grain Blend Quinoa & Wild Rice, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla. Snacks/Other:  Merlot Wine, costco very berry sundae, special k bar.
