Fat: 37.21g | Prot: 105.57g | Carb: 129.54g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Oatmeal, Raisins. Lunch:  onion, bolthouse farms blue cheese dressing, Cucumber, Egg, Feta, Horizon Organic egg whites, Romaine lettuce, Tomato. Dinner:  trident seafoods alaskan salmon burger , wild planet tuna. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, banana, clausen's kosher dill spears.
