Fat: 54.43g | Prot: 94.91g | Carb: 131.81g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee mate non dairy creamer, great value greek yogurt. Lunch:  savannah chopped salad. Dinner:  broccoli, Broiled or Baked Prk Chop, cheese, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce).
