Fat: 58.98g | Prot: 46.38g | Carb: 102.13g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe Melons, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), hash brown potatoes, mini sausage, One a Day vitacraves, Sugar, Unsweetened Soymilk. Lunch:  6" Tuna, Egg Salad, Fresh Ham, Fruit Punch (Frozen Concentrate, with Water). Dinner:  Chardonnay, Polska Kielbasa, Potato & Cheddar Pierogies. Snacks/Other:  Herbal Tea.
