Fat: 158.75g | Prot: 157.51g | Carb: 66.33g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese, salami, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  bacon bits, bacon ranch dressing, black olives, red onion, romaine, spinach, stuffed mushrooms. Dinner:  beef ribs, chicken , summit.
