Fat: 103.86g | Prot: 267.50g | Carb: 474.86g.   Breakfast:  100% whey, 100% Whey Isolate, banana, Maple Glazed Donuts, Strawberries, Waxy Maize. Lunch:  Bananas, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Butter, Egg, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt (Flavors Other Than Chocolate, Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Pineapple, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Swai White Fish Fillets, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Very Cherry Snow Cone Syrup. Dinner:  Bananas, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Ground Turkey, Honey, Ketchup, Sweet Potato Fries.
