Fat: 103.86g | Prot: 267.50g | Carb: 474.86g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Isolate, Waxy Maize, banana, 100% whey, Maple Glazed Donuts, Strawberries. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Butter, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Swai White Fish Fillets, Pineapple, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Sweet and Sour Sauce, Egg, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt (Flavors Other Than Chocolate, Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Bananas, Very Cherry Snow Cone Syrup. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Sweet Potato Fries, Ketchup, Bananas, Honey, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened).
