Fat: 44.08g | Prot: 82.43g | Carb: 168.33g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnut creamer, coffee, Whey Protein Powder, Strawberries, Active Fiber. Lunch:  Healthy Chuncky Chicken Noodle, Baby Carrots, red potatoes. Dinner:  lunch meat, dressing, bread. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yort, grapefruit, apple.
