Fat: 82.97g | Prot: 142.80g | Carb: 92.08g.   Breakfast:  Deviled Eggs. Lunch:  Asparagus Spears, edamame, Orange Roughy Scallion and Ginger Sauce. Dinner:  Parmesan Zucchini Sticks, Spicy Citrus Shrimp, Sweet Potato-Feta Rounds. Snacks/Other:  Cherry Tomatoes, Greek Yogurt, peanut butter, Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, shakeology.
