Fat: 70.12g | Prot: 72.57g | Carb: 138.77g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), homemade freezer breakfast burritos, Sugar in the Raw. Lunch:  flank steak, french roll, real mayo, salad. Dinner:  camembert, Shrimp Salad, water crackers. Snacks/Other:  72% Dark Chocolate Bar, Hard Cider - Raspberry, Oil Popped White Popcorn.
