Fat: 61.13g | Prot: 138.74g | Carb: 206.82g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Stila. Lunch:  12" Cold Cut Combo, stuff pasta shell. Dinner:  Greek Salad, Shrimp with Crab Stuffing, Tilapia (Fish), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Cheese Pizza.
