Fat: 67.28g | Prot: 112.92g | Carb: 144.91g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Egg, Deli Sliced Ham, Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch:  Lasagna with Meat. Dinner:  Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Caesar Dressing, 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend. Snacks/Other:  light yogurt w granola, Twix, Milk, Whipping Cream (Light) , Nestlé abuelita chocolate.
