Fat: 67.28g | Prot: 112.92g | Carb: 144.91g.   Breakfast:  Deli Sliced Ham, Egg, Egg White, Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch:  Lasagna with Meat. Dinner:  50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend, Caesar Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  light yogurt w granola, Milk, Nestlé abuelita chocolate, Twix, Whipping Cream (Light) .
