Fat: 61.12g | Prot: 108.18g | Carb: 159.31g.   Breakfast:  Egg White , Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray, LOL WHIPPED LIGHT TOPPING , Coffee, banana. Lunch:  pot roast, baked potato, carrot, Hazelnut Syrup. Dinner:  Chicken Tenderloins, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Ranch Salad Dressing, Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  munchkins, Funnel Cake, Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g Package).
