Fat: 61.12g | Prot: 108.18g | Carb: 159.31g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee, Egg White , LOL WHIPPED LIGHT TOPPING , Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Lunch:  baked potato, carrot, Hazelnut Syrup, pot roast. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Tenderloins, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g Package), Funnel Cake, munchkins.
