Dinner:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Chocolate Topping for Ice Cream, Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Ice Cream, Red Table Wine.
