Lunch:  Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut, Milk Chocolate Almonds. Dinner:  Lemon Spinach Couscous, Light Soft Spread, Olive Oil, Sugar, Swai White Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Pumpkin Spice Cake.
