Fat: 79.66g | Prot: 72.12g | Carb: 99.34g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, equal, egg, cube steak, pear. Lunch:  salad, bleu cheese salad dressing. Dinner:  salad, thousand island dressing, bread, butter, olives, avacado, crab. Snacks/Other:  vodka tonic, pretzel, peanut butter.
